Shipping policy

1) Order Processing

Orders are processed and sent to fulfillment within the same week of ordering (typically within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

2) Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier performance, and external factors outside our control. While many orders arrive sooner, customers should allow up to 30 days from the purchase date for delivery before an order is considered delayed or missing.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak shipping periods, or logistical issues are not grounds for an immediate refund or replacement.

3) Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will email tracking details once they are generated by the carrier. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after the label is created.

4) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees. If reshipment is not possible, the order may not be eligible for a refund (see our Refund Policy).

5) Shipping Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order has not been delivered after 30 days from the purchase date, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.

To help us resolve the issue, we may request:

  • Confirmation of the shipping address

  • Tracking screenshots or carrier status

  • Additional delivery details (safe drop location, building access, etc.)

If an order is confirmed lost or not delivered after the 30-day window, we may issue a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

6) Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

We may request:

  • Clear photo/video evidence of damage

  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)

  • Your order number

Resolutions may include a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

7) International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs-related delays are outside our control and do not qualify as grounds for early refunds.
